Plan Your Day at Christmas Connection!

With more than 550 vendors to shop, and several festive features to explore, you’ll want to take a few minutes to plan your day before heading to this year’s Christmas Connection. Here’s some tips for making the most of your day:

  • Start your day early – To be the first to see what vendors are offering, plan to shop early on Friday and Saturday. A limited number of early bird shopping tickets are available online to be the first to shop on Friday with exclusive vendor discounts from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. On Saturday, doors will also be opening at 8 a.m. to general admission ticket holders, two hours earlier than previous years.

  • Wear comfortable shoes – At the end of your shopping day you’ll be grateful that you wore comfortable shoes to explore the more than 550 exhibitors spread out among two halls. If you walk every aisle of the show floor, you’ll have walked more than two miles!

  • Bring some cash – While many vendors offer cashless payment options, a few great vendors prefer to be cash only. While ATMs are available at the show, you may find it easier to bring some cash with you. Having a $10 bill is also helpful to have on-hand to pay for parking.

  • Make some time to see this year’s new features – You’ll want to check out the new Tinseltown Train Area that includes a large-scale garden from the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad and model train displays from Olmsted Falls Depot and MRRM Trains. Then head over to the Merry Christmas, Beautiful feature to shop beauty brands seen at the Chicago Trade Show including hair care, make-up and more.

  • Enjoy some pampering – Sign up for a 20-minute hair care consultation in the Merry Christmas, Beautiful feature to learn new ways to take care of and style your hair this holiday season. Limited-edition Glam Bags valued at over $350 and presented by America’s Beauty Show by Cosmetologists Chicago will also be available for $99.99, while supplies last.

  • Take advantage of shop & drop and gift wrapping – Convenient shop & drop lets you leave your purchases as you shop and pick them up when you are ready to head home.
