We are an Australian company producing a boutique range of gourmet products that are lovingly hand-crafted in our commercial kitchen at famed Australian tourist spot, The Windmill, in the lush green hills of Mudgeeraba, Queensland – a Gold Coast Hinterland hideaway. Knowing the finest flavours come from the freshest ingredients and spices, is what drives our passion to create new and exciting products for you to enjoy.

Our journey started with Cobra Chilli in 2012. In early 2017, we acquired Mudgeeraba Spices and brought them together under the Flavour & Spice brand to become one big happy family of wholefood products that share the same quality fresh ingredients, all natural and authentic paradigm.

Cobra Chilli is Exciting, Fresh, Flavoursome and hot! Producing gourmet, boutique, craft chilli sauces, barbecue sauces, wing sauces, pepper sauces, chilli pastes and glazes, using all-natural ingredients. These ingredients, combined with the hottest chillies, and some traditional favourites are used to create delicious sauces from the very Mild to very Wild!

Mudgeeraba Spices offers a range of all natural, premium curry blends, chutneys, pickles, sambols and chilli pastes. Our products are produced using traditional methods and are made from only the freshest ingredients, using only natural preservatives such as olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Adding to the lineup is Taipan BBQ. Our Taipan brand includes some of the most flavoursome sauces, glazes and rubs that will help you create some spectacular meals in your own home.
