How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase online and at our Box Office.

Are tickets good any day or are they date specific?
Tickets are good for any day of the show. One entry per ticket.
Where is the I-X Center and how do I get there?
The I-X Center is located at I I-X Center Dr. Cleveland, OH 44135.
Where do I enter the building?
You will enter through the East Entrance.
Is ample parking available and what is the charge?
The charge is $10 per vehicle.
Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, they are free of charge on a first come basis.
Are scooters available?
No, but we do have manual wheelchairs
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. We hope you and your little ones have a great time at the show!
Can I bring my pet?
We
love our furry friends and want to keep them safe. This is not possible with all of the crowds, strollers, and foods. Please leave them safely at home. Thanks for your understanding.
Do you have a coat or baggage check?
Coat Check is located in the lobby and there is a small fee. We have Shop and Drop located inside the show.
Can I bring a backpack?
Yes, you can.
Can I bring my own food into the show?
No.
I’d like to avoid crowds. When is the best time to attend the show?
Later in the Day Saturday and Sunday are the least crowded times.
Is there food available for purchase?
Yes the I-X Center will have their food pavilion open and our vendors will have fabulous treats for sale as
well.
Do you have a private area for nursing mothers?
There is a designated room at the bottom of the escalator located in the East Entrance lobby.
Are ATMs available?
An ATM is located in the East Entrance lobby.
Do you have a list of vendors that will be at the show?
We do! You

I bought an Early Bird Shopping Ticket, does that give me access to the show all day?
Yes - take your time shopping,
you can stay in the show all day!
What is an Early Bird Shopping ticket? Early Bird Shopper Morning:
Friday only 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
